ESCMID Grant

This year, ESCMID is pleased to offer 9 grants to support participation in the ETBD meeting and to promote broad and equitable access to the event.

The grants will cover the registration fee of selected participants. Applications from participants based in LMICs and Early Career Researchers will be prioritised.

Application deadline: 24 August
Outcome notification: from 1 September

  • To apply for the grant, you must hold a valid ESCMID membership

  • Early Bird Grant Applicants: Participants who submit their ESCMID grant application before August 10, 2026 (early bird registration fee deadline) will remain eligible for the early bird registration fee in case they are not awarded the grant. Please write to us at etbd-conference@overcome.eu to inform us of your application date, and we will get back to you after the grant award announcement.
