The ETBD conference will take place at the Grand Hotel Napoca in Cluj-Napoca in Romania.

Overlooking the Someșul Mic River and situated near Central Park, the hotel stands close to the city's historic core — a center of culture, education, and governance since Roman times.

  • By Bus / Trolleybus: Lines 24B, 27, 28B, 44, and 26 have stops near the hotel.

  • By Train: The “R” train line stops close to Grand Hotel Napoca.

  • Cluj-Napoca is well-connected via Avram Iancu International Airport, located approximately 9 km from the city center, and the Cluj-Napoca Railway Station, which links the city to major Romanian and regional destinations.

  • IMPORTANT: If you plan to take a taxi from the airport or train station, make sure to use authorized taxi services. It's advisable to confirm the fare in advance or request a receipt.
